Day One Sports performance was created with the mission in mind of simply improving athletes in multiple ways. This is achieved through providing the highest quality of sports performance training that can be offered. Our performance training is based on resistance training, speed, agility, proprioception training, pre-habilitation, and biomechanics education. These areas of physical training propel athletes into achieving maximum results.

As important as the physical aspect of training is, our true mission is improving the lives of the athletes we serve. This far exceeds just “sports performance”. My staff and I lead by example, and maintain complete focus on the pillars Day One Sports Performance was established on:  leadership, tenacity, work ethic, and humility. We want to help prepare kids for life beyond athletics. I believe God has a higher calling for my business beyond sports performance.

Our environment encourages open-mindedness, hard-work, learning, and laughter. Day One Sports Performance depends on constant reinforcement with each athlete for excellence in athletics and in life. This environment allows for each athlete to thrive, and quickly correct mistakes so they can continually grow mentally and physically. My last promise to all parents is that my staff and I do our very best to help your son or daughter reach their highest potential.
