Summer Sports Performance Program
This summer, we are excited to offer a tailored sports performance program for athletes who are currently enrolled or will be attending Saint John’s Prep in the Fall.
Program Details:
Workout Focus: Each session will be customized based on the athlete's age, specific sport, prior injuries, and weight-room capabilities. Our goal is to enhance performance safely and effectively.
Program Director: Justin Rost, a licensed Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Trainer, will lead the program. With a Master's degree in Exercise Science and over 13 years of experience as the Head Strength Coach at Saint John's University, Justin brings a wealth of knowledge to our training sessions.
Location:
All workouts will be held at Saint John’s Prep. Resistance training will take place in the weight room, while speed and agility will take place in their multi-purpose facility.
Schedule:
Start Date: Week of June 1st
End Date: Friday, August 7th
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Times:
8:30 AM Male Athletes (Can change a bit depending on athlete request)
9:30 AM Female Athletes (Can change a bit depending on athlete request)
Note: Juneteenth June 19th will also have no workouts. We will do Thursday June 18th that week instead of Friday 19th. No workouts will be held during the week of the 4th of July (July 13th-17th)

Saint John’s Prep Athletes: $450
